Blossom is a tender, grilled pork belly that is delicious when wrapped in lettuce, bean sprouts, garlic, jalapeno, and soybean paste sauce. But the most popular dish that everyone must try is the spicy chicken feet. Chicken feet may sound scary but never judge a book by its cover. The chicken feet' skin falls right off the bones and gives you high collagen and flavor. Beware, it is very spicy. To tone down the hottest, you pair it with rice or Soju.
